Adjustment of material physical properties

Strict measurement requirements

Meticulous and comprehensive surface treatment design

Gear manufacturing process and advantages
Plasma Nitriding is applied to the surface of the gear, which has the advantages of low deformation and high wear resistance. Its surface hardness is as high as about 840Hv, which provides the wear resistance required for gear movement. The hardness of the gear core can be adjusted to 30Rc to obtain a moderate toughness, so that the gear has surface anti-wear and core impact resistance characteristics and increases the gear life. The use of professional tooth profile grinding technology makes the meshing and disengagement between the teeth smoother, reducing the generation of noise and vibration, reducing backlash and improving the service life of the product.
